Ann, Alex, George, Tom and Alex welcome you to Sunnybank, a home that has been in the same family for almost a century and is an ideal holiday retreat. Sunnybank has been completely refurbished to a very high standard and is the perfect place to escape from it all.
It occupies a unique elevated position at the end of a parade of sea front houses in the centre of Sandsend commanding spectacular views of the sea from the Ness headland in the North to Whitby and its Abbey in the South. There are sea views from almost every room in the house.
Sunnybank sleeps six people comfortably with room for up to 4 others.
Accommodation
Sunnybank has three bedrooms all with sea views, two bathrooms with showers; large kitchen with dining area; a spacious lounge; a tranquil reading room (with sofa bed if required); an outside warm water shower and a utility room. There is a private drive with off road parking for up to 4 cars and enclosed gardens - perfect for watching the nautical world go by
